Also, he has been the Chair of the Laser Safety Committee since 2009.
From 2008-2011 Dr. Hamilton was the Clinical lead for Ealing, Hounslow and Kingston diabetic eye screening program. And he was the Clinical Director, Moorfields North, Ealing, from 2010-2016. He has also been a trustee for the Macular Society since September 2019.
Dr. Robin is a passionate advocate for new technologies, his research interests focus on novel laser therapies for retinal disease and innovations in clinical pathways. He is also active in the field of education and is an honorary senior lecturer in the Institute of Ophthalmology in London, UK.
