Doctor Ahmed Abdel-hay is currently a Consultant Neuro-Ophthalmologist and Strabismus expert at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham, UK. Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Hay graduated from the prestigious Kasr Al Ainy Medical School at Cairo University. He finished his Ophthalmology training in the in the South West achieving Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT). This was followed by a fellowship in neuro-ophthalmology under the mentorship of world renowned experts at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham. He undertook an observership at University Hospital Colorado, USA. He was then awarded a PhD from University of London following his research on Colour Vision in Diabetes.
Dr. Abdel-hay is fellow of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists, London. He has presented in many national and international conferences and meetings.
