He became director of international affairs at the French National Cancer Institute in 2005-2006 and Vice President, Research and Development Oncology Europe, GlaxoSmithKline, based in London.
Currently, Prof. Le Chevalier is a Professor at the College of Medicine of Paris Hospitals and a Medical Oncologist at the Marie Lannelongue Hospital in Le Plessis Robinson, France. He is also a Member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, European Society of Medical Oncology, International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer, and French Cancer Society.
