Doctor Jay M. Barnett is a highly experienced dermatologist with a career spanning several decades. He currently practices at Greater Washington Dermatology, a division of Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery (ADCS Clinics), where he holds the position of Vice President of Provider Engagement. Dr. Barnett is also an active member of several committees within ADCS, including the Medical Executive Committee and the Compliance Committee.

Dr. Barnett's educational journey includes a Doctor of Medicine degree from Boston University School of Medicine, where he also completed his undergraduate studies with Magna Cum Laude honors. He pursued a residency in Internal Medicine at Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons/The Presbyterian Hospital in New York as well as his residency in Dermatology at the University of Michigan School of Medicine. He has also contributed to the medical community as an advisory committee member and task force member, including the Physician Advisory Committee of George Washington University Health Plan and the Task Force on Managed Care of the American Academy of Dermatology.
