Prof. Ahmed Khattab is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Clinical Director of Pediatric Endocrinology at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He also serves as the Director of the CARES CAH Center of Excellence, a leading institution in managing adrenal disorders.
Prof. Khattab completed his pediatric residency and chief residency at Saint Peter’s University Hospital, followed by a prestigious fellowship in pediatric endocrinology at the Kravis Children’s Hospital, Mount Sinai, New York. His academic career includes appointments at Mount Sinai and Florida International University, where he advanced both clinical practice and medical education. Currently, he holds leadership roles at Rutgers, overseeing clinical and research operations within the Pediatric Endocrinology Division.
